I simply Jog up and down my steps while taking 30 second breaks to breath after every six trips. Sometimes I lose track of counting and take early breaks. This video does not have the bloopers taken out. Its raw and real. I lose my breath alot and struggle a bit. This was supposed to be 20 minutes, so I did not hit my goal, but be prepared for more.
